Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) reported on Sunday morning that a vehicle assigned to an IDF brigadier-general serving in the Central Command was stolen and taken to a PA (Palestinian Authority) autonomous area in the Ramallah district over the weekend.

Military officials contacted PA security commanders with a request that the vehicle be tracked down and returned immediately, adding there were no classified documents in the military vehicle.

The report concluded the vehicle, which was dismantled, was returned to Israel by PA officials. No additional information is available at this time.
