A school-bus driver who was driving a run for Yeshiva Chaim Berlin was arrested yesterday after he left a 4 year old child sleeping in the back of his bus. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Apparently the child slept through the (last) stop at his Yeshiva, and continued sleeping unnoticed in the back of the bus as the driver (Yefim Zeleny) parked the bus in a lot on Avenue Z and failed to check the bus (as is required by law) for any sleeping children. The child then woke up and a passer-by noticed the child and called the Police.–YW Editor.

The driver was wrong, but I think it is better not to mention his name because perhaps he is Jewish.
Is it loshon hara if it is in the news and is well-known and easy to discover?
