Police have arrested a 29-year-old member of Israel’s Bedouin community believed to have broken into a Yavne shul a number of times. The suspect is also accused of breaking into homes in Yavne. A complaint was filed with police by the gabbai, who reported the shul was broken into a number of times. Police also received complaints of burglaries in homes and daycare centers.

On Tuesday, 20 Tammuz, police arrested the Bedouin man, a resident of Abu Rekik, who has been sought after by police for breaking into a home and threatening a woman.

The suspect was arraigned on Wednesday in the Rishon L’Tzion Magistrate Court.
