According to attorney Itamar Ben-Givir, IDF forces during the predawn hours of Sunday, 11 Tammuz, destroyed Chazon David shul again.
Ben-Givir adds that in the past two months, the IDF brigade commander has been working tenaciously to destroy the site and security forces raze it and it is rebuilt over and over.
Ben-Givir blames this situation for the fact that in recent weeks Jewish youths have become involved in altercations with Arab villagers, throwing rocks at them. Ben-Givir blames the IDF commander for stirring the pot, adding “the commander conducts himself like an elephant in a china shop. Surrounding the shul are dozens of illegal Arab homes yet the brigade commander does not touch them, and continues to elicit the anger of Jewish residents”.

No knows this happened.
However, the Mishnah Berurah (124:27) says, “Several shuls were destroyed because of they spoke during chazaras hashatz.” To which, the Magein Avraham (151) adds, “They were turned into churches due to the fact that talking took place in those shuls.”
Re comment no. 1: If talking in shul turned a synagogue into a church, there would be no – repeat, no -synagogues.
