Right-wing activists plan to challenge the state’s decision to retroactively approve 85 illegal homes in the Um el-Fahm area, calling the move discriminatory, pointing out the state adopts a favorable policy towards the Arab sector while the same does not hold true for illegal construction in the Jewish sector in Yehuda and Shomron.
A district committee headed by retired IDF major-general, Yosef Mishlav, has recommended to retroactively approve 85 illegal structures in the Arab community, satellite areas of Um el-Fahm, in the Nachal I’ron (Wadi Ara) areas of northern Israel. The permit pertains to a community outside of the Arab municipality, an area on which dozens of homes were constructed illegally, developing into a satellite community.

This is one area where i think I would probably have to disagree with the “right-wing activists”. If what the arabs are building, is being built imn accordance with the proper building codes, let them build! After all, its just a matter of time until these arabs are OUT, and those houses will be occupied by JEWS!!!
