Police report a second arson attack against a shul in Haifa in as many weeks. The shul in the latest attack is located on Tichon Street, in the N’vei Sha’anan neighborhood. Damage to the shul was reported to be significant but baruch Hashem, only to shul furniture and fixtures and not to seforim or the sifrei Torah.

Fire marshals and police are indicating the fire was the result of arson as was the case in last week’s fire (reported HERE on YWN).

Police report they do not have any leads in the ongoing investigation into last week’s arson attack.
