This past Motzei Shabbos there was a Melava Malka held in the home of Reb Yosel Tabak, in honor of the Moditzer Rebbe Shlita, who is currently visiting NY to raise funds for his Mosdos.
Attending the Melava Malka were Reb Bentzion Shenker, and Chazzan Motzen from Canada.

Correction!
The Modzitzer Rebbe made this trip to the US primarily to give chizuk to the many people who have been in contact with him. The long and painful wave of financial and other crises has taken a serious toll on many, and is affecting much more than just bank accounts.
The Rebbe shlita so far has met with nearly 1000 individuals, and winds up his visit Tuesday evening, when he prepares to return to Eretz Yisroel.
The Modzitzer Rebbe is an extremely charismatic person who touches people deeply, not only by his vast knowledge of Torah and Chassidus but also by his humble, personable approach and radiant ahavas yisroel. He is elevating Modztiz to new heights and is succesful to be mekarev more yidden to the RBSH”O .
