At least 40 bochrim from Chabad’s Tomchei Tmimim Yeshiva in Kfar Chabad were stricken with food poisoning on Shabbos, which was traced to contaminated fish that was served at the Friday night seudas Shabbos.

Many of the victims were vomiting as a result, while others exhibited signs and symptoms of general malaise, remaining in bed on Shabbos. There was no mention of any of the bochrim requiring hospitalization according to the Chabad.co.il report.
