Rav Refoel Green ZATZAL who was a Rosh Yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel for the past several years and who had previously been a Maggid Shiur in Staten Island, Stolin, and then in Staten Island again — brother of, among others, Rav Moshe Green of Monsey (and Pinky Green) — was Niftar on Yom Kippur, in Eretz Yisroel.
