Yahadut HaTorah is working to prepare its list of demands as the chareidi party expects to join the forming coalition, headed by Binyamin Netanyahu. The list includes guarantees to preserve the current ‘status quo’ regarding matters of religion; funding for chareidi institutions; a solution to the critical housing shortage in the chareidi sector; and assistance for large families.

Both factions of the party, Agudah and Degel, appear willing to sign one deal that will be accepted by all.
