According to reports, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert was the only passenger who emerged from a choppy helicopter flight on Monday not exhibiting signs and symptoms of motion sickness.

His air force chopper flight from southern Israel on Monday was anything but ordinary, as strong winds gave the diplomatic commuters a wild ride. Many of the prime minister’s aides, journalists and others on the flight were vomiting and those who did not were quite ill, with the exception of the prime minister, who emerged seemingly unscathed by the flight, which pushed the chopper from side to side while the pilot did his best to maintain stability. The chopper touched down in the desert, and as they exited, another chopper came extremely close, giving everyone a major taste of Negev sand.

One military correspondent, who has accompanied the prime minister on many helicopter flights gave testimony, stating “it was simply horrific, like nothing I have ever seen. We thought we were going to pass out. Even the flight crew felt ill.”

When asked, Mr. Olmert stated, “Actually, it was a good flight”.
