Four men dressed as policemen on Sunday morning car-jacked an Israeli truck driver near the entrance to the Arab village of Idna near Chevron. The driver was moderately injured and transported to Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon. A part of the truck was recovered in Idna but as of Sunday night, the suspects were still at large.
According to the driver, a 36-year-old Bet Shemesh resident, he was carrying a load of feed for a local chicken coop when the ‘policemen’ stopped him. Police are investigating.
