The London-based al-Quds Arabi newspaper is calling for a boycott against Israel if Yisrael Beitenu is included in a new coalition government. The effort is being launched from inside Israel, by none other than an Israeli lawmaker, Arab MK Dr. Ahmed Tibi.
Tibi refers to Yisrael Beitenu Party leader Avigdor Lieberman as a “racist” who he insist is working towards a policy of “ethnic cleansing of the Arab population”.
Arab parties gained a seat, now numbering 11, in the recent general elections for the 18th Knesset.
