Many MKs and ministers are already taking their place in the headquarters of their respective parties, anxiously awaiting the first exit polls shortly after the polls close at 10:00pm, in less than 30 minutes.
There is much speculation following an election that most seem to feel was held in an atmosphere of apathy and distrust. While voter turnout may be higher than expected, no one expects to break any records as the inclement weather and the general attitude of eligible voters have taken its toll.
In Likud headquarters, there are no too many MKs but there is a large media presence and many still believe Binyamin Netanyahu and his Likud Party will emerge the winners in the general election.
