Haifa Mayor Yona Yahav on Tuesday hosted five Gaza orphans, ages 5 to 11, arranging meetings for them with age appropriate Jewish residents of his city.
Yahav stated that while Hamas threatens us today, these children and the dialogue established in the hope for tomorrow. The mayor added he believes there is another way and as such, he hopes to continue maintaining a relationship with Gaza children.
