*A passenger sustained light injuries in a Thursday night rock-throwing attack against a bus traveling in the north near the village of Majdal Crom.

*IDF soldiers involved in counter-terrorist operations throughout Yehuda and Shomron during the night arrested 13 suspects.

POLITICS, DOMESTIC & MORE:

*Two policemen were injured after being assaulted during an arrest in the Israeli Arab municipality of Kafr Kassam.

*A masked gunman robbed a gas station in the Israeli Arab municipality of Um el-Fahm. No injuries were reported.

*Cuban leader Fidel Castro accused American President Barak Obama of supporting “Israeli genocide of Palestinians”.

*Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad presented awards to terrorists involved in “Palestinian resistance” including a number of terrorists released by Israel. Among them were Samir Kuntar, Sheikh Kareem Obeid and Mustafa Dirani.
