Israel Foreign Ministry officials have confirmed there was one Israeli on the Germanwings Airbus that crashed in the French Alps on Tuesday, 4 Nissan.
Eyal Baum, 40, was among the 150 people on board the flight. Ministry officials learned from Baum’s family that he was scheduled to be on board the flight that left from Barcelona, where he lives. He was from Hod HaSharon, Israel.
