UN Leader Continues Attacks Against Israel

ban3.jpgDuring a UN Security Council session addressing Operation Cast Lead, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon continued his attacks against Jerusalem, demanding an explanation for the attacks against UN compounds in Hamas-controlled Gaza. The UN leader also wants “those responsible” to stand trial and be held accountable for his actions.

Interestingly, the anti-Semitic UN leader did not appear troubled by the fact that UNRWA agencies in Gaza serve as terror bases, as well as weapons storehouses. He failed to address the fact that mortars and other weapons were fired from the UN buildings, or the fact that for years, Israel has documented the use of United Nations vehicles by terrorists in the perpetration of terror attacks, such as the abduction of three IDF soldiers from the Lebanese borders in Oct. 2000, with film footage showing the terrorists were able to approach the border because they were driving a UN vehicle.

I only know that Hashem doesn’t need any translator to hear our prayers.

  5. Of course he’s not going to be troubled by or address the FACTS mentioned above. Is there anyone who can point them out to him? Not in the U.N., they’re all antisemites!!!!!!! Face it, we are a hated people. We must also face the fact that Ha-Shem wants us to wake up and do Teshuva. We MUST end all Sinas Chinam – that is one of our biggest problems. Our Jewsih history proves that point, yet we never learn.

Amoral in Gaza: UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon betrays UN principles by blaming Israel

Visiting the war zone after the 22-day military clash between Israel and Hamas, Secretary General Ban Ki Moon descended to the amoral depths that have become all too customary at the United Nations.
Ban’s first stop was Gaza, where, a spokesman said, he wanted to “express solidarity with Palestinian suffering.” There, he blamed Israel for the destruction and civilian casualties that Hamas had provoked – even though Hamas had provoked both strategically, almost gleefully.
There was no mention that Hamas had rained rockets indiscriminately on Israel for several years in its avowed quest to destroy the Jewish state. Or that Hamas had broken a tenuous ceasefire before Israel retaliated. Or that Hamas had stockpiled a huge and increasingly lethal arsenal.
Or that the UN had done nothing – nothing – to counter Hamas’ open acts of war. No, of course not.
Instead, Ban stood outside the United Nations Relief and Works Agency compound in Gaza City, which was hit during Israeli shelling.
“I have seen only a fraction of the destruction. This is shocking and alarming,” Ban said.
He added: “It is an outrageous and totally unacceptable attack on the United Nations. … There must be a full investigation, a full explanation to make sure it never happens again.”
    Right, never again.

Shocking. Alarming. Outrageous. Unacceptable. Those are good words.
Shocking: The way that money from the United Nations Relief and Works Agency fuels the Palestinian leadership’s terrorist agenda.
Alarming: The way that Hamas fighters use UN schools as launch pads for their rockets and as training grounds for their terror forces.
Outrageous: The fact that the UN has not moved mountains to permanently seal the tunnels through which Hamas smuggles arms into Gaza for use in assaulting Israel.

Unacceptable: Reports that Hamas has rounded up hundreds of activists from the more moderate Palestinian party, Fatah, turning a children’s hospital, school buildings and mental health centers into “torture centers.”

As for a full investigation, what cries out for exposure, and shame, is how the UN has allowed Hamas to bend the world body’s institutions to the cause of terror.

  10. DonKeyMoon,
Please do us all a favor and visit Gaza for yourself. Maybe you too will meet your maker in a “work accident?”

    You are a complete ROSHA!

  11. Raboysai, obviously this rasha head of a rasha organization hates us, not really that surprising because as some have already pointed out, Eisav sonei Yaakov.
That said,I feel that a lot of these comments are really unbecoming of frum Yidn. We’re not going to change anything by speaking chamas and ra at this guy. Sure, send letters of protest, but what really counts are our tefilos. Please, let’s keep these kind of sentiments to private conversations between us and HaShem.
Perhaps we might even confine ourselves to v’lamalshinim, which really says all that needs to be said, three times a day? I know it’s easy to get angry about this stuff, but we’re not the Ribono Shel Oylom, you know? We’re not in charge. Let’s do our job – tefilo – and let HaKodosh Boruch Hu do His job – running the world.
