Two people have been taken to the hospital after a horrific crash in the Far Rockaway section of Queens, Thursday afternoon.

The accident happened just after 4:30PM at the intersection of Seagirt Boulevard near Beach 9th Street. Rockaway-Lawrence Hatzolah along with FDNY EMS and the NYPD were dispatched to the scene. Two people were transported to the hospital, one of them in critical condition.

Sources tell YWN that two vehicles were drag racing on Seagirt Boulevard, when one of the vehicles struck a boulder in the middle of the road. The vehicle reportedly went airborne, and landed on top of another vehicle.

The FDNY and NYPD’s Emergency Services Units needed to extricate the victim using the HURST Tool.

The NYPD’s Highway Unit was requested to conduct an investigation due to the severity of the injuries.

RNSP Shomrim were on the scene as well, and were requested by police to assist in traffic control.

  1. Presumably the boulder was on the median rather than “in the middle of the road.” Drag racing in pothole season isn’t a good idea.

  2. This story is violator, literally everything they just posted above is a pure lie.. I don’t know where these Jews get their sources from but they are pretty good liars

  3. There wasn’t even a van involved in the accident, only one person went to the hospital and its all due to the city’s horrible roads . No one was drag racing.. the cause of the white car to crash was due to poor street conditions like pot-holes
