Actually, The Rashbak asks a fair question. The answer is quite simple. A soldier who doesn’t follow orders is useless. Our generals, gedolei Yisroel, issued an order. Yeshiva Gedola bachurim from Yerushalayim, Modiin Ilit, and the Mercaz should leave the Beis Midrash and participate. Avreichim and working people should try to come if they are reasonably able to do so. The generals are directing the war and not following the order because you know better is a terrible and unhelpful thing to do.
