The order has been given to pull IDF troops out of Gaza in line with the government’s ceasefire decision.

As per the ceasefire decision, IDF troops will be taking up position around Gaza, but they will not be remaining inside. Officials stress troops remain ‘on alert’ and ready to respond to any situation on a moment’s notice.

So far on Tuesday, mortar shells were fired from Gaza into the Gaza-belt area. There were three shooting incidents from inside Gaza aimed at soldiers in the Kissufim area. No injuries were reported.
