2:00PM IL: Shvut Rachel resident, Moshe [Refael ben Aliza Chaya], 23, who was shot in his head in a Monday night terrorist shooting attack in Shomron, remains in very serious condition in Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital on Wednesday afternoon.

His wife Sarah explained earlier today that Moshe does not appear to have sustained brain injury, but doctors are extremely concerned regarding his sight in both eyes. The tzibur is requested to continue davening on his behalf.
