**The UN has agreed that on International Holocaust Observance Day, a rabbi will address the special session, a president-setting event in the international body. Working in concert with Yad Vashem, it has been decided that Tel Aviv Chief Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau, a child survivor, will address the session.
