11:20PM IL: Prime Minister Ehud Olmert announced a short time ago that beginning at 2:00am, Israel will abide by an offensive ceasefire, stressing that every violation of Israel’s decision by Hamas, namely rocket attacks, will be met with a stern response.
Olmert stated that IDF forces will remain in place in Gaza and the area for now, and the decision for a troop withdrawal will be made by Israel and Israel alone. He declined to detail any arrangements to include Gilad Shalit in the agreement, stating Shalit’s release remains atop of his agenda but he declined to elaborate in a public forum.
Opposing the decision were Minister Roni Bar-On and Eli Yishai.

No Arrangements were made for Shalit. So, what is there to say?
Suggestion: Let Olmert take Shalit’s place, like Yehudah who voluntgeered to take Binyamin’s place.
“Hi, my name is Ehud Olmert. I’m not smart. I think that Hamas will abide by a ceasefire. Where have I been the last three weeks? I don’t know.”
