According to IDF reports, over 30 terrorists were eliminated. The air force struck over 50 Hamas targets in Gaza and over 30 tunnels were destroyed, one in the ‘ready’ stage to perpetrate an attack. 12 rocket launching areas were also hit in aerial strikes.

Four IDF soldiers were injured, one in very serious condition. 22 rockets were fired into Israel with 12 landing in the Eshkol Regional Council area. Since the beginning of the operation, the Eshkol region was hit with at least 200 rockets.

Gazan sources reporting over 1,000 dead and 4,500 injured.
