Levy explained that unfortunately, Hamas does take advantage of some of the aid but Israel continues doing its best, stressing the war is with Hamas, not Gaza residents. Levy explained that an Arab contractor was hired and works with the humanitarian aid organizations, primarily UNRWA, and the trucks are taken into Gaza by the driver working for this private contactor. He stated the handling of the aid and the delivery to Gaza residents is under the supervision of international aid organizations, not Israel.
