Gasoline Prices Start to Rebound Around N.J

Gasoline prices are headed back up and industry insiders said New Jersey drivers could be paying around $2 a gallon by spring, according to a report in the Record.

The report said six months ago the average price for regular gasoline in North Jersey was just above $4 a gallon, but it fell to around $1.50 a gallon just before New Year’s Day. In the past week, some stations have raised their price by 10 cents to 15 cents a gallon.
