A few short hours after disqualifying the candidacy of Arab MK Hanin Zoabi in the elections for 20th Knesset, the Central Election Committee on Thursday afternoon 23 Shevat disqualified Yachad party candidate Baruch Marzel. The vote was close; 17 in favor of ousting him and 16 opposed.
The move does not come as a surprise for Marzel over the years has aligned with the outlawed party of the late MK Rabbi Meir Kahane HY”D, the Kach party.
As is the case with Zoabi, the candidate is likely to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.

Now it is official: The State of “Israel” is neither Democratic nor Jewish.
After all these years they finally, finally decided to disqualify Zoabi
Guess how come?
Only in order to keep up the democratic pretense after they would disqualify Marzel
Even if the Supreme court (to their own dismay) overturn the decision, they still accomplished a part of their goal:to tarnish the rising image of Yachad
in America would be the same extremes would not be able to run.
