7:30PM IL: Hamas sources in Gaza are reporting that moments ago that the IDF has dropped flyers in the Rafiach area of southern Gaza, the Philadelphi Road area, instructing residents to leave their homes within 30 minutes.

One may assume from this that the IAF is planning a major operation towards targeting the Philadelphi Road, the primary conduit for weapons smuggling from Egypt into Hamas-controlled Gaza.

UPDATE 7:50PM IL: Seeking to confirm the reports that flyers were dropped in the Rafiach area, IDF Spokesman Brig.-Gen. Avi Benayahu was asked to which he responded, “it is indeed possible. I do not personally know of such an event in that area during the past half hour, but it is entirely possible since we are taking steps to warn civilians in many areas.”
