08:42: Sirens sounding in Yad Binyamin, Kiryat Malachi and Gadera. Impact in the Gadera area for a first time, apparently an open area. No injuries or damage reported.

**Police report that since the start of Operation Cast Lead, 520 rockets were fired into Israel. Four people were killed, 4 seriously injured, 7 moderate, 30 light and 450 treated for hysteria/shock.
