According to a COL report, residents of Kfar Chabad were instructed to prepare their bomb shelters. The Emek Lod Council distributed notices to residents of Kfar Chabad, informing them the time has come to prepare for the eventuality of an attack.
The notice stated, “Since Hamas is working to extend its rocket-firing range, we are compelled to prepare for such an eventuality.”
