The NYPD is asking the public’s assistance ascertaining the whereabouts of a male reported missing on Thursday. Details are as follows:

Missing is:
Stolzenberg, Tzvi
19-year-old white male
721 East 9 Street
Brooklyn, NY

The missing was last seen at 5:55AM on Thursday, January 22, 2015 in front of New York Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan wearing black dress shoes, grey jacket and black slacks. The missing is 6′ tall and weighs 160 pounds.

YWN notes that he has gone missing in the past (around two years ago). He has serious mental health issues and left his necessary medication behind.
