Right-wing activist Itamar Ben-Gavir has called on police to grant him a permit for a flag march in Yerushalayim during which the outlawed flag of Kahane Chai will be flown.
Ben-Gavir explained if left-wingers can protest in Tel Aviv and wave PLO flags, the flag of the enemy, there is no reason to do the same with Kahane’s flag. He added if police refuse the request, he will petition the High Court of Justice.
