An indictment for premeditated murder was filed against former Kosel guard Hadi Kablan back in the summer in the shooting death of 46-year-old Doron Ben-Shalush.
According to eyewitness testimony, the victim shouted ethnic slurs at the Druse guard which eventually led to the fatal incident. The shooting occurred on erev Shabbos June 21, 2013.
The prosecution told the court the defendant simply made the decision that he was going to kill the victim due to the insults directed at him. Hadi came within close proximity to Ben-Shalush and fired 14 bullets into him. Hadi told the court he believed the victim was going to detonate a bomb and he fired at him to neutralize the bomb. He also told the court that when he fired he was not mentally in control of himself.

Please fix the headline (or the article). An indictment is not a conviction.
People who don’t have mental control of theirselves should be locked up
Perhaps he was convicted now of the charges that were filed in an indictment back in the summer like the article says….
