Rosh Yeshivas Kisei Rachamim HaGaon HaRav Meir Mazuz Shlita attacked former Finance Minister Yair Lapid during a shiur.
During a shiur, the rav, who is the spiritual leader of Eli Yishai’s new Yachad party stated “This individual, the finance minister, has 19 seats. This individual does not understand Torah, wisdom, economics, mathematics, and has no derech eretz. He is a bor am haaretz, and the bor knows how to speak a great deal but the bor is empty, it has no water.
The rav stressed to his talmidim not to engage in controversy with Shas and everyone should follow their rav.

in essence he’s saying yair is an am ha’aretz as opposed to a rasha, his meizidim are shoggegim
