A 2-year-old child R”L drowned in a bathtub in the Catskills Tuesday morning. Sources tell YWN that the incident happened in Loch Sheldrake around 11:00AM. The child was rushed to Catskill Regional Medical Center where he was R”L pronounced dead. The family is reportedly from out of town who had traveled to a winterized home in the Catskills for vacation.

Misaskim is working with the local Coroner, the Sullivan County Sheriff Department and the NY State Police to ensure proper Kavod HaNiftar is given.
