MDA Emergency Medical Service officials report 32 people were treated for hysteria earlier as a result of rocket attacks in Ashdod and Ashkelon.

According to a Reshet Bet Israel Radio report, officials are inspecting and preparing bomb shelters in Tzfas and Kiryat Shmona, adding there is nothing to fear, but it is wise to ensure the shelters are in operating order and officials are familiar with emergency procedure.

Southern District police report 18 rockets fired in the Negev area and 6 in Lachish area on Thursday morning. Of the six, 5 hit Ashkelon and 1 Ashdod.
