Beersheba Mayor Rubik Danilovich reports most public bomb shelters are now operational and he calls on residents to continue remaining calm. The mayor has been serving in his post for two weeks.

14:40: Health Ministry officials announce the opening of a center to treat victims of hysteria. The center is opposite Soroka Medical Center.
