Shomrim NE London tell YWN that two additional suspects have been arrested by London Police in connection to the recent antisemitic graffiti on Osbaldeston Road #N16. Additional information on the suspects will be published when available.
As YWN reported on Tuesday – just one day after more than 20 homes and vehicles were covered in swastikas and anti-semitic graffiti, London Police arrested a suspect in custody. London Police along with Shomrim were searching for the suspect, who after learning that police were looking for him, turned himself in.
It appears that the same suspect is responsible for additional hate crimes which plagued the same area over the past few weeks.
Earlier Tuesday, Assistant Commissioner MPS Helen King visited the scene of the antisemitic graffiti on Osbaldeston Road #N16.
On Monday Police Inspector Jeoff Bull (NE Neighbourhoods, Hackney) said: “We will not tolerate anti-semitism or racism of any kind. We are doing our utmost to trace and bring to justice the suspects involved in this racist graffiti as well as reassure all of our communities”.
