*08:44: Police during the night arrested 58 Arabs involved in rioting and attacks in the Nazareth and northern areas. The violence surrounds the protests of the Israeli Arab community to the ongoing IDF operation against Hamas in Gaza.

*08:55: A mortar rocket exploded in the Nachal Oz area. No injuries.

*10:43: A number of Arabs hurled rocks and firebombs at soldiers stationed at Kever Rachel. At least one pipe bomb was thrown as well. No injuries reported.

*11:24: Four firebombs hurled at soldiers at Kever Rachel. No injuries.

*12:06: Eight rockets fired at Netivot with one landing in Moshav Tekumah. At least one rocket lands in Sderot as well.

*12:07: Rockets land in Ashkelon. Residents being treated for hysteria.

*12:16: IDF operation is costing NIS 8 million a day, including ammunition, salaries and cost of processing reservists, compensatory payment for damage.

*12:18: A direct hit to a Sderot buildings. People being treated for hysteria.
