According to the TNS poll commissioned by Walla News, the recent high-level political scandal has not negatively impacted the Yisrael Beitenu party as party officials feared it would. Party leader Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman alleges Israel Police timed the release of the investigation to harm his party in the upcoming elections. Five of the 30 suspects arrested in the case are affiliated with Yisrael Beitenu, including a current deputy minister and a former minister.
The poll was conducted on Thursday night, the eve of 4 Teves, involving 500 respondents representing a cross security of adult Israeli voters.
