Tens of rabbonim from the Sephardi community on Wednesday, w Teves 5775 signed a letter giving their backing to the Shas party’s Moetzas Gedolei Hatorah headed by HaGaon HaRav Shalom Cohen Shlita. The declaration also stated they stand firmly behind the council which is following in the path of Maran HaGaon HaRav Ovadia Yosef ZT”L.
Rabbonim who signed include Rabbi Eliyahu Bakshi-Doron Shlita, Rabbi Reuven Elbaz Shlita, Rabbi Baruch Abuchatzera Shlita, Rabbi Yehoshua Maimon Shlita, Rabbi Shlomo Ben-Shimon Shlita, Rabbi Tzvi Simon Tov Shlita, Rabbi David Batzri Shlita, Rabbi Shlomo Machpud Shlita, Rabbi Machluf Fahima Shlita, Rabbi Yehuda Cohen Shlita, Rabbi Bentzion Mutzafi Shlita, Rabbi Chaim Rebi Shlita, Rabbi Pinchas Koreach Shlita and Rabbi Shimon Elituv Shlita.

Maran would have never approved a split and I think It would of not happend
Why can’t Yisha stay with shash he’s going to take 1 or 2 seats away from shash and he’s not even going to get in to the Keneshet
