A 3-year-old boy sustained serious injuries and a 4-year-old girl was light-to-moderately injured from smoke inhalation from a fire that broke out on Yesod HaMaale Street in Tel Aviv during the night (Tuesday/Wednesday 25 Kislev).

Ichud Hatzalah and Magen David Adom EMS units operated on the scene. Ichud EMT Yehuda Hildesheim reports when he arrived the children were already out of the building, which was engulfed in flames. “I treated the boy who was experiencing serious difficulty breathing due to smoke inhalation and he was in serious condition. I also treated the girl who was listed in light-to-moderate condition. B’chasdei Hashem there were no other injuries. There was significant damage as a result of the blaze which broke out in an apartment.”
