A 12-year-old boy fell in a puddle in Betar Illit and suffered a serious head injury as a result. He slipped in the rain near his school in the chareidi community.
Magen David Adom personnel stabilized him and transported the youth to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital with a serious head injury.
