Israel Police has purchased 24 bulletproof jeeps, the Sufah (Storm) model modified and assembled in Israel. The new vehicles were received in a modest ceremony conducted earlier in the week, attended by Police Chief Dudi Cohen.
Cohen stated the new vehicles will make a significant contribution to protecting the department’s troops, a high priority towards decisions leading to the purchase of the vehicles.
