5Republican Rob Astorino has raised another $711,000 for his challenge against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and is entering the final weeks of the campaign with a little over $1 million in his campaign account.

The numbers come from a campaign finance disclosure filed Friday. Cuomo’s campaign has not yet filed a new disclosure but reported having nearly $24 million available earlier this month.

Astorino’s report shows he spent more than $500,000 on advertisements in the last three weeks.

Cuomo, a Democrat, has raised some $45 million for his bid for a second term. Polls show him well in the lead.
