A youth traveling on rollerblades slammed into a parked vehicle and was killed. The tragedy occurred on Chazon Ish Street on Bnei Brak on Thursday 29 Tishrei. A police official stated “It was a needless death that could have been avoided”.
The fatal incident occurred at the corner of Chazon Ish and Ezra Street as numerous horrified pedestrians witnessed the tragic occurrence R”L. Many believed at firth that the youth was not seriously injured but in a matter of seconds it became apparent the situation was grave.
Eyewitnesses report the youth was traveling at a high speed and struck the parked vehicle with considerable impact. A “large boom” was heard according to witness reports as the young man fell to the ground.
Ichud (United) Hatzalah EMTs on the scene explained after the incident that when they arrived they immediately attempted life-saving measures but it was quite clear there was little to be done.

In addition, did he wear a helmet? Not implying that he deserved this chas vesholom and adding; that in eretz yisroel helmets are unfortunately very not reinforced. So he is a product of the failure of law enforcement.
