Baruch Dayan Emmes: It is being reported that a 3-month-old infant has died in the hospital of massive injuries, becoming the first fatality in this apparent terror attack which occurred on Wednesday afternoon.

It is also being reported the vehicle used to strike the pedestrians is registered to an Arab resident of the eastern capital. Unconfirmed reports state the driver is a resident of Silwan.

No further information about the fatality has been released.
