The tzibur is requested to daven for Elyasaf ben Norit, the teen who was seriously injured in Chevron on Tuesday when he was struck in his head by a cement block hurled by Arabs (reported HERE on YWN).
He has been undergoing emergency surgery for a number of hours. It appears he sustained a fractured skull as well as fractures to his face and possibly internal cranial injuries as a result.

Instead of rewarding them by giving them back another piece of Chevron, we should take another section back.
I talked to a very hosheve Rebbetzin who told me that when there is erva we lose Hashem’s shmira. For a long time there were incidents that did not touch the frum community… until now. Rabbi Eliashev just said that the human hair sheitels that are being worn are erva (the article was on YWN). Anyway, the Rebbitzin says that the women have to wake up in regard to tznius and sheitels. In other words, put on a tichel and if you love your sheitel so much wear it at home in front of the one who counts.
#2 what is your dvar torah about?
Most of the tzniusdik women in chevron do not wear human hair shtiels, did you mean to post at a different place? about India or something..
2, how does this shtim with the programs of 80 years ago?
Sounds to me like poster #2 is implying that because many women wear shaitels, the boy was hit with the rock because there was no shmira from HKB”H.
This is a sick and evil thing to say (or repeat from someone else).
It’s the equivalent of saying you understand why 6 million died. No, you DON’T know.
I received an e-mail from Hebron.com that the boy’s full name is:
Elyasaf AMOS ben Nurit.
He is all of 16 years old!
Yes, it is true that the post was supposed to go to another article, but since there ARE NO accidents, then it went to the right place — it appllies here too.
Yanki, I usually don’t reply to people like you becuase I feel it is a waste of time, but here it goes.
What is really “sick and evil” is that we are in such a deep golus and some people don’t see the connection between the tsar we are experiencing and our actions. 6 million died not because HKB was happy with us, and this boy’s attack is no different, and neither is what happened in Mumbai. You can say whatever you want, it doesn’t change the truth. There are so much heartache that literally every family has something they are going through. Maybe you don’t live in new york, especially in flatbush and you don’t see how women parade the streets…Ask, read, learn something before you open your mouth and spout your 3 cents of political correctness. Grow up!
yanky55 – kol yisroel areivim ze lazeh – no matter where. A yid in Paris is mechalel shabbos and that has an effect on Yidden around the world (I forget which godol quoted that). also, “when there is erva we lose Hashem’s shmira” makes sense, although we have to figure out exactly what “erva” means. Is Rav Elayashiv saying that these particular very natural looking sheitels are the problem or sheitels in general (as opposed to tichels)?
Refuah Shelayma!
#2, not only that, but there must be consequences for far too many obvious violations of basic, derech eretz in our community. I think there should be a world-wide convention regarding a plan to build and strengthen derech eretz.
