Hundreds of mispallalim returning from the Kosel on motzei Yom Kippur were delayed, the result of a police roadblock that was set in place for Yom Kippur but hadn’t been removed in a timely fashion. As a result, the bus leaving the Kosel immediately after maariv was delayed from the large concrete blocks that were set into place at Sultan’s Pool as part of heightened security for the holy day.
It should be pointed out that some feel the delay, while unpleasant, was preferable to police being mechalel Shabbos and Yom Kippur to remove the roadblock before nightfall to accommodate riders.
Others feel this is not the case and prefer to accuse Israel Police of being insensitive to frum mispallalim and not bothering to remove the concrete blocks in a timely fashion.

Unless the police are non-Jews, how can any Jew feel otherwise?
Please, is every action discrimination and racism against frum yidden???
If it rains during succos, who can we blame, the Israeli government, the police, the IDF or maybe the settlements?Isnt it preferred that no “Chilul Shabbos” should occur??? In a Jewish country, a certain amount of time is needed after after Yom Tov, especially Yom Kippur that is observed by 95% of the residents!!
